"Das
Umgangsrecht des Antragstellers mit seinen Söhnen
John Michael geb. am X.XX.1989
und Sebastian, geb. am XX.XX.1993, wird bis
zum 31.3.2003 ausgesetzt, mit der Maßgabe,
dass der Antragsteller berechtigt ist, in dieser
Zeit seinen Söhnen monatlich einen Brief
zukommen zu lassen."
Dieser Satz ist ein Weltbeispiel dafür,
wie die deutsche Familienjustiz mit Kindern
umgeht.
Daher unsere Forderung
an alle Familienrichter und nicht deutsche Politiker
dieser Welt:
"Sende niemals mehr binationale Kinder,
auch auf Antrag nicht, in die Bundesrepublik
Deutschland zurück", denn dieses Land
wird niemals mehr den Kontakt zwischen Kinder
und nicht deutschen Elternteil gewährleisten,
den Täterelternteil mit aller Macht beschützen
aber doch GELD vom Opferelternteil verlangen.

The
court itself had helped the mother in
hiding the children's registration and
other evidence of their whereabouts as
the mother alleged that I would snatch
them, and I could not find their location.

In April 1995 as I was passing through
Frankfurt airport, I was again taken
and put in Stadelheim prison, for 4 weeks,
till my wife in India with extreme difficulty
could raise
DM 20,000.
....
It is now clear
from many such cases that there is a consistent
pattern in the German courts, supported
by the Jugendamt and most Gutachtens to
keep foreign parents away from their children
in Germany, contrary to international
agreements and standards, though the UN
Rights of the Child states that parents
and children have right to enter and leave
each other's countries to maintain family
contact.

Wir
möchten um Nachsehen bitten, Herr
Rechtsanwalt, wenn das Familiengericht
Hamburg,
Sie weiterhin mit der Zwangsannahme
von Schriftstücken in unserer Sache
belästigt.
Denn,
wir sind uns einig, NICHT SIE sind der
Vater des Kindes Julian Karrer, sondern
einzig und allein Herr Olivier Karrer.
Aus diesem Grund berühren die Interesse
des nach Deutschland entführten
Kindes Julian seinen Vater an erster
Stelle. Das Gericht ist offensichtlich
anderer Meinung und vertritt scheinbar
eigene Interesse, obwohl es zu diesem
Zweck niemals angerufen wurde. Diese
Verfahrensweise ist für uns und
für die meisten im Ausland lebenden
Eltern in ähnlicher Situation schlicht
und einfach rechtswidrig.
Ähnliches
Verhalten wird uns aus deutschen Organisationen
in deutsch-deutschen Verfahren täglich
berichtet. Der Fall Karrer kann demnach
nicht als ein bedauernswerter Einzelfall
bewertet werden, sondern ist beispielhaft
für das was in Deutschland täglich
an Familiengerichten passiert:
"geheime, einseitige Beschlüsse
der Dringlichkeit wegen ohne Anhörung
der Gegenpartei"
unter ständiger Missachtung der
im BGB verankerten Rechtsgründsätze,
die mit amtlicher Genugtum und ABSICHT
eine Flut von weiteren Verfahren an
sich reißen,
damit deutsche Behörden sie sich
zu lasten der Eltern - und der Kinder
- untereinander zuspielen können.

German Government should be asked to investigate
the apparent unlimited powers and role
of the Jugendamts in all international
cases.
Possibly a separate Federal agency should
deal with international cases in Germany.
The recommendations of the Jugendamts
play a major role in excluding and preventing
contact between foreign parents and children
who have been abducted to Germany.
Very few children who have been abducted
to Germany have any contact to their excluded
parent, this is in direct contradiction
to the international agreements signed
by Germany.
Foreign parents
are often harassed by the police in obvious
collusion with the abducting parent and
the Jugendamt in the hope that the foreign
parent will not return to Germany for
further attempts to have contact to the
children, this practice must be stopped
forthwith.

CEED
ruft die ausländischen und die DEUTSCHEN Eltern auf,
sich zusammenzuschliessen,
um Reparationen von der Bundesrepublik Deutschland
für das, von deutschen Kleinstbeamten, jahrelang grundlos
und umsonst, zum Teil ohne rechtliche Grundlage (Jugendämter),
katastrophale zugefügte Leid an sie selbst und an deren
