regarding the systematic practice of holding
foreign and bi-national children virtual hostage in Germany following their
unlawful abduction to Germany as well as the Germanization by means of

Dear
Honorary Professor Dr. Pöttering,
I would
like to once again bring your attention to a disgusting case of criminal
collusion between a leading German politician, the German justice apparatus and
the German Jugendamt in the keeping of victim children as virtual hostages in
Germany following international child
abduction to Germany. In addition the victim foreign children have been
deliberately Germanised by means of brainwashing as well as being culturally alienated.
Here I
would like to point out that I have brought this matter to your attention in
writing many, many times in the last four and a half years.
I have also
telephoned your office on a number of occasions (On more than one occasion I
spoke to a Mrs Heusken) to enquire
as to when you intended to answer my
letters two of which I have subsequently placed on the internet at the
addresses given below.
On the
14.02.04 I wrote to you to inform you of the circumstances surrounding
the abduction to and then keeping of my children as hostages in Germany,
following the letter written to you by Mary Banotti on the 07.01.04.

Mrs Mary
Banotti wrote to you in her capacity as The President of the European
Parliament 's Mediator on Transnationally Abducted Children, on the 07.01.2004.
I again
wrote to you on the 26.03.04 to enquire as to why my letter to you had not been
answered, again this letter has been posted onto the internet for the entire
world to read.

May I
please point out to you that my letter written to you on the 14.02.04, sent to
you both via email and regular mail has to date not been acknowledged or
answered.
I would
like to point out to you that your party colleague in Germany, Dr. Uwe Biester
CDU is using, supporting, defending what I would name modern German
Nationalism, which has policies that have very close parallels to those of
......
Since then
I have repeatedly written to your office to inform you of the circumstances of
my case as well as to ask for your assistance in resolving the matter. To date
you have simply ignored me completely as if, I a mere foreigner and my problems
are not of any concern to you a German politician of the CDU, who also just
happens to be the President of the European Parliament.
I again
make known to you and the world the main facts in my case so that there can be
absolutely no possibility for you to one day be able to say "I did not know about this
matter" as we have heard before in Germany.
Before I go on I would like to point out to you
and all who read this letter;

That
you are a leading member of the Germany CDU (Christian Democratic Union) party
in Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen) Germany.

That
you are a German lawyer/attorney.
·
That
you are a colleague and friend of the German lawyer / German politician who
also represents the German CDU party in Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen) Dr Uwe
Biester.
May I also
point out that Dr. Uwe Biester CDU besides being an active lawyer who continues
to practice law in Wilhelmshaven Germany (Including making court appearances)
Dr Uwe Biester CDU is also an elected Member of Parliament who sits on the law
commission (Mitglied des nds. Justizprüfungsamtes) of the Parliament of Lower

This would in most democratic countries constitute a direct conflict of
interests that would lead to criminal prosecution. This is certainly the
case in countries such as South Africa,
New Zealand and no doubt most if not all other democratic countries other than
Germany. In Germany Dr. Uwe Biester is proud to put this fact of his conflict
of interests on his website and to trade on it.
Some background history to my grievance
My children
John-Michael and Sebastian Hickman were unlawfully abducted to Germany from Durban, South Africa twice, firstly in
November 2005 by their mother, they were later
returned and were again abducted to Germany by their German grandmother
Ursula Focken on the 22 January 1996. Since their unlawful abduction to Germany
they have been held hostage by the German family justice system in Lower Saxony
under the direct supervision and criminal collusion with your friend and
colleague the German CDU politician and lawyer Dr. Uwe Biester who also sits on
the law commission of the State of Lower Saxony, until recently he was also a
member of the City Council of the City of Wilhelmshaven where he had the
possibility to have a direct influence over the recommendations made to court
by the Jugendamt Wilhelmshaven ( his wife
has Ursula Biester who is also a politician with the CDU has now taken over
this position). This has been done with your knowledge and obvious fully
approval since at least the 14 of
February 2004 when I personally wrote to inform you of these facts. To date even although just one
phone call to your lawyer/politician friend/colleague Dr. Uwe Biester would
have solved the problem, however you have chosen to turn a blind eye to the
criminal collusion of your lawyer/politician colleague who holds the position
of justice watchdog in the Parliament of Lower Saxony. Your friend and
colleague who uses the influence/conflict of interest that his position on the
law commission (Justizprüfungsamtes) gains him to further his own business
interests.
Furthermore
you have repeatedly been informed of the last and final desperate act of the
conflict of interest of your
politician/ lawyer colleague and friend Dr Uwe Biester. When all else failed to
destroy me personally and my ability to fight for justice, to deny me and my
children justice, Dr Biester together with the corrupt family court judge in
Wilhelmshaven, judge Staubwasser devised a plan to have me declared mentally
incompetent so as to get me out of the way for ever. Even although I foiled
this criminally conceived plan they still went ahead together with the
psychiatrist Dr Heinz Winterscheid of the State Psychiatric Hospital Wehnen to
make a so called "psychiatric assessment" of me regarding my person,
this was done so as to deny me all access to my children, to deny us justice.
This was done without the psychiatrist Dr Heinz Winterscheid ever having met me
without him ever having spoken to me, without him ever having seen me. On the
strength of this so called "psychiatric assessment " the corrupt
family court judge Staubwasser in Wilhelmshaven went ahead under the direct
supervision (and no doubt instruction) of
his "Superior or Boss" your colleague Dr Uwe Biester CDU (the
legal watchdog for the state of Lower Saxony) to deny me all access to my children,
to deny me justice and vice versa. Following this political/judicial criminal
fiasco the German psychiatrist Dr Klempel heard about what had transpired and
as he was well aware of the criminal collusion of a number of psychiatrists of
the State Psychiatric Hospital Wehnen with various politicians under the
supervision of Dr Marianne Becker-Emner he came to Wilhelmshaven to do an in
depth psychiatric assessment of me. The results of his assessment clearly
pointed out that the "so called psychiatric assessment" done by his
former colleague Dr Heinz Wintersched was "a
done to order document" that the sole purpose of the document was to
give the family court Staubwasser the grounds to deny me and my children access
to our legal as well as fundamental freedoms and human rights. This was all
done under the direct supervision and no doubt instruction of your CDU
politician/lawyer/friend/colleague Dr. Uwe Biester CDU who I do not need to
remind you was appointed by the people and the government of Lower Saxony to prevent such abuses of the
German legal system as he himself was committing for his own financial reward.
Some background information as to the overall
situation in Germany regarding international child abduction to Germany and the
holding of the abducted children hostage in Germany.
My
political and public relations activities over a period of over seven years in
regards to International Child abduction to Germany has made me well know
globally. As a result I have come to
know hundreds of foreign parents who
are victims of child abduction to Germany. I have had the opportunity to see
many of their files. I have been faced with the facts, I have come to the
realisation that my case is in essence the same as every other case. I have
come to the realisation in the light of the facts that Germany systematically
goes about dealing with all cases of child abduction to Germany in a systematic
and similarly brutal and inhuman manner. The names and the places differ the
methods and the brutal inhuman way in which they are applied to terrify and subdue into submission the victim foreign
parents is always the same. The methods used has been reported time and again
in the hundreds of petitions that have flooded the Petitions Committee of the
European Parliament since a small band of polish parents as well as CEED presented
petitions to the Committee in regards to the activities of the German Jugendamt
and judiciary demanding that the German Jugendamt be declared illegal in Europe
because of the brutal methods of the past that it uses and the manner in which
it applies them against the foreign victims.
Honorary Professor Dr. Pöttering you have once again been fully informed, why have you
have decided to condone such actions for so long?;

Honorary Professor Pöttering as the President of the European Parliament do you
keep this case of criminal collusion involving your friend and colleague Dr Uwe
Biester under wraps why do you not demand a full enquiry into the circumstances
in Germany?

Why do
you not demand a full enquiry into the issue of international child abduction
to Germany and the systematic brutal methods that are used to terrify and subdue
the foreign parents into submission by the German Jugendamt and justice system?

Why do
you not speak out and condemn this barbaric behaviour as is routinely carried
out in Germany against the victims of international child abduction to Germany
to deny them justice?

Why do
you not speak out against those in Germany who routinely keep foreign and
bi-national children virtual hostages in Germany?

Why
Honorary Professor do you not publicly speak out against the cultural alienation
of victim foreign and bi-national children that are being kept as hostages in
Germany, who are being germanised by means of brainwashing?
I would
very much like answers to these questions put to you Honorary Professor
Pöttering, I imagine the whole of Europe and most of the world would like
answers to my questions put to you as well.
What are you going to do Honorary Professor Dr.
Pöttering?

Professor Dr. Pöttering my question to you as the President of the European
Parliament is what are you going to do to ensure that appropriate sanctions are
brought against Germany if it does not immediately take steps to end the
systematic, barbaric theft of foreign children and to stop terrorising and
abusing the victim parents to force them into submission?
In my
personal case what are you going to do to ensure that your lawyer/politician
friend and colleague Dr Uwe Biester, CDU Wilhelmshaven is prosecuted and serves
a lengthy jail term along with all of his co-conspirators for their criminal
collusion to deny victims of child abduction to German justice?
I would
like to know what you are personally going to do to ensure that all the victims
receive appropriate amounts of financial compensation for the considerable
damage that has been done to them, as well as compensation for the deliberate pain
and suffering caused to them over a period of over 13 years by your friend and
colleague Dr. Uwe Biester CDU and his co-conspirators in Wilhelmshaven?
My demands of you
You need to
demand that an example be made of Dr Uwe Biester to show all in Germany that no
citizen and certainly no politician has the right to live above the law, an
example needs to be made of the politician Dr Uwe Biester to be presented to
the entire world making it very clear that no German politician will be ever be
allowed to flaunt the law in Germany again in a manner that denies a foreigner his
or her right to justice. That no German lawyer of politician will ever again be
allowed to flaunt and bend the law in such a manner so as to "German legalise" the illegal
abduction of foreign children into Germany again
In Conclusion
In my case Honorary
Professor Dr. Pöttering you will never be able to say when you stand before
judgement one day that " I did not
know anything about it" or that "
I was not responsible, I could do nothing about it" as you have been
informed , there are ways and means for you a lawyer and politician in Germany
to take legal action against the corrupt lawyer and politician your dear friend
and colleague Dr. Uwe Biester CDU as well as his co-conspirators in
Wilhelmshaven.
I await and
surely the rest of Europe and the world awaits your answers.

lawyer against the German criminals named in Wilhelmshaven.
